Located in Garhwa (Jharkhand) as a place for people in and around the area to receive the same level of preparation as those living in larger cities, we understand the many barriers faced by students, specifically those living in small towns who have limited access to quality resources and guidance. Ritesh, as part of his experience, had identified this need and saw that creating a learning institution could help address this need by providing city-type preparation levels locally. As an example of how this experience has been demonstrated through Sankalp, Ritesh wanted the students utilizing Sankalp Institute to be assured that geography and/or limited finances would not be a barrier to their success.
Education is a tool for building confidence and character, and for creating clarity through a structured process of learning. Our motto, “From Learning to Leading — Acme Of Success” speaks to our goal of helping students achieve character development in addition to their intellectual growth. In order to meet our commitment to developing a supportive environment in which students can build strong foundations through the practice of sound strategies and continued practice, we utilize flexible programming that allows students and instructors to use the most effective means possible to achieve these objectives.
We offer tutoring services for many different kinds of exams. Students studying for school or foundation courses, or preparing for large competitive tests (UPSC, State PCS, SSC, Banking, Railways, Defence, CUET, JEE, NEET, and TET/CTET), have access to programs tailored around the appropriate and established expectations and procedures currently required to complete those exams. Our program is continually updated based on the latest trends in what exam boards look for when evaluating student work to ensure that students receive the most relevant and effective ways to prepare.
Sankalp Institute provides the greatest advantage to students through its student-first philosophy. Because no two students are alike (each has their own set of strengths and weaknesses), our approach acknowledges this by addressing the learning needs of each student in an individualized format. Our instructional model simplifies complex material into manageable parts so that each student can develop a solid conceptual understanding, which serves as the foundation for regularly revisiting previously learned material. By conducting assessments, performance measurements, and providing detailed feedback for each student, we can clearly identify students' areas of improvement and develop a plan for them to address their weaker areas.

Recognizing the need for digital learning tools for today's generation, Sankalp has embraced new technology by creating experiences with both online and offline methods. While students learn in class, they will also have access to online materials, guidance, and updates to continue their education on their own schedule. This combination allows students who may not always be able to attend classes in person to get the necessary resources at their disposal.
In keeping with our mission, we emphasize that affordable and accessible education are key aspects. Therefore, it is important that we work toward keeping all programs affordable and accessible across a variety of socioeconomic statuses; additionally, we will routinely provide high-quality educational content on our website free of charge for the greater good. We consider the growth of our students meaningful only if they realize the true value of the knowledge they gain.
