Intellectual Property
The intellectual property owned by Sankalp Institute includes all digital or print educational material, online content created on our website, learning resources accessible through mobile apps, and any other material relating to environmental education. All materials produced or published by Sankalp Institute, including but not limited to: Articles; Study Notes; Editorials; eBooks; PDF Files; Handouts; Infographics; Diagrams; Charts; Recorded Lectures; Audio Lessons; Video Courses; Presentations; Assignments; Downloadable Materials; Tests; Quizzes; Question Banks; Codes; Scripts; Other Technical Tools; Logos; Registered Trademarks; Branding Elements; Graphic Design Elements, etc., are the sole property of Sankalp Institute. Neither an individual nor a group of individuals who contributed to creating content for the purposes listed above will have any ownership rights in the materials developed or published by the faculty member, guest educator(s), employee(s), or third-party person(s). Contributions are authorized by a formal institutional contract; however, all rights to the Intellectual Property (IP) are retained by Sankalp Institute.
All aspects of our content's design and layout (i.e., structural design and layout) are also protected by copyright. Therefore, you must not copy or reuse any of our content in any form without the express written permission of Sankalp Institute.
Restrictions on Use
Users, students, and visitors must fully understand that there are strict restrictions as to how our materials can be used. Without obtaining written permission in advance from Sankalp Institute, no person or body can copy, reproduce, store, or adapt any part of our content without the express consent of Sankalp Institute. Prohibited methods of use include: re-distributing, publicly sharing, uploading to external websites, sharing on social media, or sending via messaging applications. Modifying, translating, summarizing, or creating new works based on our study materials is also strictly prohibited. Any use of Sankalp Institute resources for commercial tutoring, independently run training programs, education or tutoring services, or sales in any format will violate our rights. Free or restricted resources may not be shared with anyone who is not expressly permitted to do so. In addition, any embedding, re-publishing, or incorporation of our materials into another institution, coaching or training agency, or educational program will be considered a violation unless it has received written authorization from Sankalp Institute.
Permitted Use
Sankalp Institute is committed to fostering genuine learners and responsible academic engagement. Students are allowed to use and study the free resources available at Sankalp Institute for personal self-learning. Users can direct-link to publicly available pages so that others can access them, but users cannot distribute copies (either by downloading, taking screenshots, or otherwise) of the original pages. When using academic, research, or limited quoted content in discussions, users must properly reference Sankalp Institute; their usage must also remain within established fair use guidelines. Requesting permission for anything beyond these parameters must be made in writing to the Institute.
Enforcement
Sankalp Institute takes intellectual property infringement seriously. In the event of unauthorized reproduction or distribution, the Institute will take any legal action necessary to correct the infringement and/or deter future infringing activity. Legal action may include sending a DMCA or similar takedown notice to digital storage or file-sharing platforms that host infringing content; filing civil litigation to obtain a court injunction against the infringing party and/or obtain monetary damages; and, where permitted, pursuing a criminal complaint against the infringing party. The Institute reserves the right to limit, suspend, or permanently revoke access to its learning systems and services for any user who abuses this policy. Matters may also be reported to relevant authorities.
Reporting Infringement
To help protect the integrity of education, we depend on our students and the broader community to help us detect any unlawful distribution, reproduction, and/or sale of materials believed to be published by Sankalp Institute. If you are aware that materials published by Sankalp Institute have been shared without permission or have otherwise been infringed upon, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we may take appropriate action. You can report suspected copyright infringement to us by emailing us at dwivediritesh70@gmail.com. Accurate information and supporting documentation will aid us in our investigation and in protecting the interests of actual learners.

This copyright policy may be revised, updated, and/or modified periodically to comply with legal changes, operational changes, and/or enhance our efforts to protect our rights. Sankalp Institute reserves the right to amend this copyright policy at any time without prior notification.
